We held our wedding reception at the hotel in November 2022 everything went so smoothly, the function room is great and the staff were lovely.
The room we had overnight was modern and clean with a very cosy feel.

We had our Daughters wedding reception in the Palm Court, and to say we are delighted with the service we got is an understatement. From initially booking in May 2021, till the reception actually taking place, absolutely every aspect was covered. Beverly, the hotel manager, made sure everything went according to plan for our booking. All the staff were incredibly polite and helpful, and the food and drinks served were of the highest quality, and was complimented upon by all the wedding guests. A vast amount of money was spent on refurbishing the Palm Court in the height of the covid 19 pandemic, and it shows. The hotel rooms are in pristine condition, as is the foyer, lounge bar, and reception rooms. My daughter and New son in law, are delighted they chose the Palm Court for their wedding reception, and I can only highly recommend them for anyone looking to book up a future wedding. Beverly, and all the staff will make sure every aspect is covered. Keep up the incredibly high standards, folks, and we look forward to coming back to the venue for any future events we are invited to attend.

They were there from start to finish, making sure that everything and everyone was taken care of. We couldn’t have asked for a better service.
